    Over the St. Brigid’s weekend, we gathered in The Grainstore at Ballymaloe House in Cork for our very first Irish Yoga Retreat — a heartfelt beginning that felt both grounding and expansive.

    Portugal 2025

    Once again in August 2025 we returned to the magic of Quinta Carvalhas to what felt like home. We shared this journey with new and old friends. Once again we left feeling rejuvenated by the beauty of our surroundings.

    Portugal 2024

    In August 2024, we retreated to Quinta Carvalhas nestled in the Portuguese countryside, surrounded by stillness, sunshine, and endless space. We arrived as strangers but left as friends with a promise to return sometime in the future.
