Weekend Retreat for connection and gentle empowerment

More than just a getaway, this is a chance to reconnect, embody and reflect.

Together we bring years of teaching and learning experience, woven into a retreat that allows you to go deeper into the practices of Yoga and self-discovery. Away from the busyness of everyday life, you’ll be guided into a space of connection, reflection, and growth.

One weekend is all it takes to recharge your spirit and step into the season with fresh clarity and inspiration.

All it takes is one retreat to change, reset and transform…

Who is this retreat for:

This retreat is for all yoga students: including those that are new to yoga and those with an established practice, couples, friends, really anyone wishing to deepen their practice, and understanding of Yoga as a way of being, a way of living and as a philosophy.

The Yoga Shala

The Roundhouse indoor yoga shala is a beautiful large circular gathering space with river views and a relaxation terrace. It offers a peaceful, private world in which to meditate and practice asana.

Each class and session during this retreat is designed as a transformative and embodied journey through the mind, body and breath.

We will explore the meaning and relevance of asanas ( physical yoga), meditation, breath work (pranayama) and yoga philosophy. Classes will blend elements of Vinyasa, Intuitive Movement and Restorative Yoga. Practices to rejuvenate  body and mind, making space for clarity and inspiration.

You’ll be supported with bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. All equipment provided including yoga mats.

Reviews

"Fiona & Lisa created such a welcoming, calm, and nurturing environment in their retreat in Cork. There was a lovely balance between movement, guided rest, quiet and great company. I'm so grateful for my experience with them. I'd go on any of their retreats again in a heartbeat!”

“Fiona and Lisa have created a truly special and wonderful retreat. You could see and feel that a lot of planning went into every detail, making it the perfect retreat for me. The group was lovely, the food was great, and I felt safe and confident during the practices. I also had enough "me"-time to relax by the pool and enjoy the Quinta.

”Really enjoyed this retreat. Love that Fiona and Lisa's contrasting yet complimentary teaching styles kept things interesting and fresh. It was obvious that they both put their heart and soul into making sure we all had a wonderful weekend. The restorative sessions really were 5 star luxury. The group was really welcoming and lovely, a reflection of the sort of students that Fiona and Lisa attract to their classes. Thank you both”
