Class Levels
Beginners
This class is suitable for all levels of experience. This is the ideal place to start if you have no previous yoga experience or want a better understanding of what embodied yoga is or just want a gentler paced flowing class.
Flow
Not suitable for absolute beginners. The sequence builds from the ground up, the movement is smooth and layered to create quality and flow. This class develops strength and power and aims to deepen awareness, concentration and improve overall movement. A holistic approach where students are encouraged to explore and navigate their bodies in a safe, supported environment.
Continuation Flow
This class is not suitable for beginners. This class follows the same format as the flow class but is a little faster paced with less instructions to induce a more flow state. Expect playful transitions, arm balances & inversions in this energetic flow class. A holistic approach where students are encouraged to explore and navigate their bodies in a safe, supported environment.
