Embrace Embody Empower

Fiona has been practicing Yoga for more than 25 years and teaching for over 14 years. She loves training and researching and has a particular interest in natural movement, range of motion and integrated stability. Fiona is passionate about movement and inspiring other people of all ages to move more. Her initial training was here in Galway with The Yoga Shala. Since then she has completed and attended various different training’s and workshops around the world.

Her teaching style is fun, creative and non competitive. She loves the science behind movement and a science based approach to sequencing. She invites you to discover an embodied based practice that is a sensory experience. Thus enabling you to find your own pace, grace, fluidity and strength. Fiona wants to give you permission to explore the practice free from limited linear structures to trust the experience and take responsibility for your practice on and off the mat.
